Refund & return policy
The images on my website are true to life, as much as possible in an image. If for any reason the piece you selected does not meet your expectations you have 2 weeks from the date of receipt to let me know and 30 days from the date of receipt to ship it back to me. Assuming the piece is returned in the condition it was sent in you will receive a full refund. Return shipping is at the expense of the sender. The refund will be processed once I have the returned piece in hand.
If there is damage to the returned piece there will be an amount deducted from the refund based on the lost value to the piece.
Damage Policy
If you receive a piece and it is damaged, please notify me immediately. Please also send images of the damage and the packaging. You will need to do this within 7 days of receipt.It is important to send images of the piece and packaging as all items are insured when shipped and this information will be needed to file a claim.
