​My series, "Metamorphosis," is a metaphorical reflection of my journey, symbolizing the cycles of life, death, and renewal. During the challenging year of 2021, at the start of the pandemic, I found solace in transforming my backyard, which was overrun with thistles and foxtails. I personally planted every single plant, carefully nurturing them as they grew, flowered, and eventually faded. This hands-on experience of bringing life to a once barren space profoundly impacted me, seeping into my artistic practice. Through this series, I explore the beauty and resilience that emerge from change, much like the garden I cultivated with my own hands.
